I was charged twice for my stay. I made reservations on line and upon arrival I was told there were no reservations for me (2 rooms). In order to stay I had to charge these rooms again and was assured that I would only be billed once. Unfortunately for me this was not true. I was billed twice and ended up paying double for the same rooms. I hope this never happens to anyone else.
