Check in was 3PM. I called to confirmed my room at 9AM, the reception desk said my room was ready for check in. They upgraded my room to a king size bed and spa bath. Although I was there fore only 1 night, it was a wonderful experience. Reception desk was helpful in suggesting places to go for dinning/entertainment. Valet service exceptional. Would recommend hotel ICON to all my friends. Thank you HoustonHotels.com for finding a great hotel price package!
