I was in your hotel for roughly 10 days for business. The internet was completely unreliable, always cutting in and out, was not widely accessible and greatly impeded me from doing my work. I shouldn't have had to pay 10 dollars per night for unreliable internet that also blocked me from going to websites of my choice. I called your IT service and they said there was nothing that could be done. You lost a future business traveler due to this issue.
